Website design and development for the digital version of Perspecta 51: Medium, The Yale Architectural Journal. Special attention was paid to the page transitions and visual consistency between site UI and original book design. Pages are full-bleed no matter the screen size.
Website development for And Or Forever’s new portfolio. The studio needed to replace their previous site with a more ﬂexible design to accomodate photos, videos, and renders of storefronts, installations, digital campaigns, performance art, and shows. The site includes a stripped down mobile version and a fullscreen gallery.
Website design and development for the Yale School of Architecture. The site was designed to showcase student work and feature a timeline of the construction process of the 2018 house. Rather than focusing on a single image of the ﬁnal project, the website attempts to highlight the entirety of the design and construction process.
Lead development of realtime WebGL video wall and mobile web app for Olive Young. Shown at KCON 2017 in Los Angeles, CA and at Olive Young’s ﬂagship store in Seoul, KR. Visitors were able to paint an “Orby” sphere on their phone and see changes appear in realtime on the video wall.
In progress Node.js tool to create online content digests for picky readers. Readrc allows users to create their own algorithms to curate online content and share it with others on the P2P web with Dat and Beaker Browser.
Poster series and 3D renderings for the Modern Love dance party in New Haven, CT.
Node.js tool to automatically check artists’ websites for new work. This tool allows users to follow artists while eschewing Tumblr and other 3rd party feeds. This process gives control back to the artist and allows them to display work with context and originality on a platform they control (their own website).
Website development for a presentation of Guillaume Boucher’s photography and graphic design. Guillaume wanted a website that would translate French speech live into English subtitles. Developed with the Web Speech API and Google Translate.
Oil painting, photo, and rendering of Beau Gabriel in his Paris apartment. The 3D rendering is a digital reconstruction of the aprartment one year later, from memory–an attempt to use a high ﬁdelity medium to sketch out a memory of a place and time.
Experimental image series of 3D renderings with intentionally low ﬁdelity. These images are created by lowering the number of samples used by a physically correct, unbiased pathtracing renderer.
